§ 20842 New Option Notification Requirements

The board has six months to tell all agencies about this new plan and its cost. They must add it to at least one risk pool for workers who might use it. If an agency is in that risk pool but doesn’t want to offer the new plan to their employees, the board must let them know they can say no.
