§ 20125 Employee Benefit Eligibility

The board shall determine who are employees and is the sole judge of the conditions under which persons may be admitted to and continue to receive benefits under this system. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1996.)
