§ 16347 Abolished Fund Money Transfer

• •If a special fund in the state is closed, any money that was supposed to go into it will be moved to another fund.

Imagine there was a special fund for fixing playgrounds, but the state closed that fund.

Any money that was supposed to go to the playground fund will now go to another fund, like one for schools or parks, as decided by the State Controller.
