§ 16311 Bond Collection Expense Reimbursement

The Treasurer may pay all expense for collecting bonds and bond coupons. Where the proceeds of the collection are part of any special fund, the expense shall be charged against the special fund and credited to the General Fund. (Added by Stats. 1945, Ch. 120.)
