§ 14675 State Property Transfers

The director may authorize the transfer or loan of personal property owned by the state from one state agency to another state agency if he deems the transfer or loan and the terms and conditions thereof, are in the best interests of the state. (Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 371.)
