§ 12902 Director Department Head Status

The provisions of Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 11150) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 apply to the director and the director is the head of a department within the meaning of such chapter. (Added by Stats. 1980, Ch. 992.)
