§ 12773 Indian Entity Funding Protections

American Indian entities funded by the department and operating under authority of this chapter in the prior program year shall have the same protections against defunding, as defined in subdivision (e) of Section 12736. (Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 46, Sec. 29. Effective January 1, 2008. Repealed conditionally as prescribed by Section 12790.)
