§ 12594 Exemption Application List

Every officer, agency, board, or commission of this State receiving applications for exemption from taxation of any corporation, charitable trust or similar relationship in which the corporation or trustee is subject to this article shall annually file with the Attorney General a list of all applications received during the year. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 1258.)
