§ 12573 Secret Investigation Claim Vouchers

• •After a secret investigation is done, the Attorney General must send special papers (vouchers) to the Controller within a year of paying any claim.
• •The Controller must keep these papers secret and cannot share the information with anyone.
• •The Controller can only share the information if a court or the Legislature orders them to do so.
