§ 12573 Secret Investigation Claim Vouchers

Upon the completion of each secret investigation and, in any event, within not more than one year after the payment of any claim, the Attorney General shall file with the Controller vouchers in support of the claim. The Controller shall not divulge any information conveyed by the vouchers, except upon order of a court of record in cases where the information is relevant and material evidence or upon order of the Legislature. (Added by Stats. 1945, Ch. 111.)
