§ 12091 Fund Transfer Between Departments

All unexpended balances of appropriations and other funds available to the Department of Economic Opportunity shall be transferred to the Department of Community Services and Development. All funds so transferred shall be for the use and for the purpose for which the appropriation or other funds were originally made available. (Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 187, Sec. 9. Effective January 1, 1996.)
