§ 11895 System Enhancement Prioritization

Key Takeaways

  • •The boss must talk to partner groups and others using the system at least once a year to figure out what needs fixing or improving.
  • •The boss gets to decide what changes actually get made to the system.
  • •Even if others suggest changes, the boss has the final say.

Example

Imagine a school principal meets with teachers and parents every year to talk about what’s broken in the school, like old computers or playground equipment.

The principal listens to everyone’s ideas but gets to pick which fixes or upgrades actually happen. Even if teachers really want new computers, the principal might decide to fix the playground first.
