§ 11400 Administrative Adjudication Provisions

Key Takeaways

  • •This law is part of the rules for how government agencies make decisions.
  • •If another law or rule mentions an old version of these rules, it now means the updated version in this law.
  • •This law helps keep things clear by making sure everyone uses the newest rules.

Example

Imagine a school rulebook that got updated. The old rule said kids could only wear blue shirts, but the new rule says kids can wear any color.

If a teacher still refers to the old 'blue shirts only' rule, they actually mean the new rule that allows any color. This law works the same way for government rules.
