§ 650 Reorganization Plan Approval

• •The plan must also be good for the public, not just the company.
• •The boss in charge (commissioner) has to say 'yes' in writing before the plan can start.
• •The boss can add rules or limits to the plan if needed.

A big toy company is in trouble and wants to change how it does business to stay open.

The company makes a plan to pay back money it owes and keep making toys. But before the plan can happen, the boss in charge has to check if it’s fair for everyone, like the stores that sell their toys and the people who own part of the company. If the boss thinks the plan is fair and good for everyone, they’ll approve it, maybe with some extra rules.
