§ 551 Hearing Waiver Rights

Any subject person who is entitled to a hearing pursuant to this article may waive that right at any time. A waiver under this section shall relieve the commissioner from having to issue a formal notice of hearing that would otherwise be required by this article. (Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 2. (SB 664) Effective January 1, 2012.)
