§ 5123 Thrift Institution Definitions

“Thrift institution” means an association, a cooperative bank, a homestead association, a building and loan association, a federal association, a federal savings bank, a state or federal credit union, an industrial loan company, and a supervised thrift and residential financing institution of a substantially similar nature. (Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1091, Sec. 2.)
