§ 410 State Banking Account Conversion

Key Takeaways

  • •The State Banking Fund is now called the State Banking Account.
  • •All the money and stuff from the old fund moved to the new account.
  • •Any debts the old fund had also moved to the new account.

Example

Imagine you have a piggy bank at home, and you decide to move all your money and toys into a new, bigger piggy bank.

Just like moving your stuff to a new piggy bank, the law moved all the money and debts from the old State Banking Fund to the new State Banking Account.
