§ 32351 Business Financing Eligibility Rules

Key Takeaways

  • •The corporation can only help businesses with money if they meet certain rules.
  • •The business must show they really need the money and can't easily get it from a bank first.
  • •If a bank already said no to the business, the corporation might step in to help.

Example
