§ 30608 License Suspension Grounds

Key Takeaways

  • •The boss can take away or not renew your license if you break the rules.
  • •They can also take away your license if they find out you lied or hid something important when you first applied.
  • •You get a warning and a chance to explain yourself before they take your license away.

Example

You have a license to sell food, but you start selling bad food that makes people sick.

The boss can take away your food license because you broke the rules by selling bad food. They will warn you first and let you explain, but if you really did it, they can stop your license.
