§ 301 Corporate Law Applicability Rules

Key Takeaways

  • •This law applies to several big parts of the rules, like those about companies and how they work.
  • •Most of the rules in this section also apply to the Division of Corporations, which is a group that handles company rules.
  • •But some specific rules (like Sections 329, 330, etc.) do NOT apply to the Division of Corporations.

Example

If a company is being set up and needs to follow rules about how to run properly.

Most of the rules in this law will apply to that company, but a few specific ones won’t because they’re not for the Division of Corporations.
