§ 21411 Council License Authority Limits

• •The council cannot approve, deny, revoke, or suspend a license given under Section 21300.
• •This rule starts on January 1, 2025.
• •This rule ends on January 1, 2029.

If you have a special license to sell food at a fair, the council cannot take it away or stop you from getting it.

The council has no power to change or cancel your license. Only the rules in Section 21300 matter for your license.
