§ 2036 Licensee Safety Conditions

Key Takeaways

  • •The boss in charge can add rules to licenses or approvals to keep things safe.
  • •These rules can help protect people who use the service or buy things.
  • •The rules must make sense and not be random or unfair.

Example

A company gets a license to sell toys.

The boss can say the toys must pass safety tests to make sure kids don’t get hurt. If the company doesn’t follow the rule, they could lose their license.
