§ 189 National Bank Definition

(a) “National bank” or “national banking association” means a national banking association organized under the National Bank Act. (b) For purposes of the Financial Institutions Law, a national bank is deemed to be a corporation. (Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 334, Sec. 17. (SB 537) Effective January 1, 2014.)
