§ 1884 Corporate Charter Submission Requirements

At the time the application certificate is first submitted to the commissioner, such corporation shall also submit a duly authenticated copy of its charter, or articles, and its bylaws. (Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 3. (SB 664) Effective January 1, 2012.)
