§ 18666 Commissioner Rulemaking Authority

The commissioner is authorized to adopt rules to implement this chapter similar to regulations adopted by the Superintendent of Banks under similar provisions of law contained in Division 1 (commencing with Section 99), and for the same or similar reasons regulations are adopted by the Superintendent of Banks. The authority granted to the commissioner by this section is in addition to the authority granted to the commissioner under Section 18347. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 479, Sec. 7. Effective October 2, 1995.)
