§ 14404 Credit Union Investment Limits

A credit union shall not invest more than the amounts permitted pursuant to regulations which shall be promulgated by the commissioner for the investments set forth in Sections 14402, 14403, 14650 and 14651. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 743, Sec. 2. Operative July 1, 1984, by Sec. 11 of Ch. 743.)
