§ 6401 Fish Stocking Permit Rules

Any person may, under the terms of a permit first obtained from the department, under regulations the commission may prescribe, purchase or receive live fish from any registered aquaculturist, and may stock the fish in a stream or a lake. (Amended by Stats. 1982, Ch. 1486, Sec. 15.)
