§ 62 Wildlife Hunting Seasons

“Open season” means that period of time during which the taking of birds, mammals, fish, reptiles, or amphibians is allowed as prescribed in this code and regulations adopted by the commission. If used to define the period of time during which take is allowed “season” means “open season.” (Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 285, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 2008.)
