§ 5503 Fish Egg Harvesting Rules

• •The commission decides who owns the baby fish that come from wild fish used for farming.

A person catches a salmon from a river and takes its eggs to sell at a market.

This is against the law because the person took the fish only for its eggs and didn't have permission to do so.
