§ 4652 Wild Pig Hunting Permit

(a) It is unlawful to take any wild pig, except as provided in Section 4181, without first procuring a validation authorizing the taking of that wild pig in accordance with this chapter. (b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2024. (Repealed (in Sec. 26) and added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 469, Sec. 27. (SB 856) Effective January 1, 2023. Operative July 1, 2024, by its own provisions.)
