§ 3504 Game Bird Sale Prohibition

Subject to the provisions of this code permitting the sale of domestically raised game birds, it is unlawful to sell or purchase a game bird or nongame bird. (Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 154, Sec. 70. (AB 1527) Effective January 1, 2016.)
