§ 3218 License Revocation For Violations

Any license issued under this article may be revoked by the commission upon conviction of the licensee of a violation of any provision of this code, and no similar license may be issued to the licensee during the same license year. (Amended by Stats. 1985, Ch. 234, Sec. 2.)
