§ 3007 Hunting License Requirement

Except as provided in this code or regulations adopted pursuant to this code, it is unlawful to take a bird or mammal without a license or entitlement to do so. (Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 154, Sec. 62. (AB 1527) Effective January 1, 2016.)
