§ 2788 Fund Continuous Appropriation

Notwithstanding Section 13340 of the Government Code, the money in the fund is continuously appropriated, without regard to fiscal years, to the board. This section shall become operative only if, and on the date that, Section 2787 is repealed. (Added June 5, 1990, by initiative Proposition 117. Section operative, by its own provisions, on July 1, 2020, upon repeal of Section 2787.)
