§ 2200 Mammal Definition Commerce

For purposes of this article, “mammal” means any wild animal of the class Mammalia as specified in Article 1 (commencing with Section 2116) or regulations adopted pursuant thereto which affects commerce. (Added by Stats. 1987, Ch. 1231, Sec. 2.)
