§ 1780 Wetland Protection In Valley

The purpose of this chapter is to ensure that no net loss of wetland acreage or habitat values within the Sacramento-San Joaquin Valley occurs as a result of fill permit activities pursuant to Section 404 of the federal Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C.
