§ 851 Transmutation Fraudulent Transfer Rules

• •The rules about hiding stuff to cheat others apply here too.
• •You can't just move your things around to trick people you owe money to.

You owe someone money, so you give your car to your friend to hide it.

This is not allowed because you're trying to trick the person you owe money to. The law says you can't do that.
