§ 6308 Remote Domestic Violence Hearings

A party, support person as defined in Section 6303, or witness may appear remotely at the hearing on a petition for a domestic violence restraining order. The superior court of each county shall develop local rules and instructions for remote appearances permitted under this section, which shall be posted on its internet website. (Amended by Stats. 2022, Ch. 420, Sec. 18. (AB 2960) Effective January 1, 2023.)
