§ 1813 Family Conciliation Court Judges

This law says that if the regular judge of the family conciliation court is not available, another judge can step in and do the job.

Key Takeaways

  • •If the family court judge is away, another judge can fill in.
  • •The temporary judge has the same powers as the regular judge.
  • •This keeps the court running even if the usual judge isn't there.

Example

Imagine the usual judge who handles family problems is sick or on vacation.

Another judge from the same court can take over and make decisions just like the regular judge would.
