§ 79945 Commission Board Member Terms

(a) The term of office of each member of the commission board of directors and their alternate, except an ex officio member, shall be three years from the date of their election or appointment and until their successor is elected. (b) An alternate shall serve the same term as the member for whom they serve as alternate. (Added by Stats. 2024, Ch. 725, Sec. 1. (AB 2606) Effective January 1, 2025.)
