§ 78606 Tomato Industry Regulation

The production and marketing of tomatoes in this state is hereby declared to be affected with a public interest. The provisions of this chapter are enacted in the exercise of the police power of this state for the purposes of protecting the health, peace, safety, and general welfare of the people of this state. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 210, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1996.)
