§ 78262 Producer List Confidentiality

The commission and the secretary shall keep confidential and shall not disclose, except when required by a court order after a hearing in a judicial proceeding involving this chapter and except as otherwise provided in subdivision (c) of Section 78270, all lists of producers in their possession. (Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 727, Sec. 160. Effective January 1, 1996.)
