§ 77977 Commission Election Procedures

Subsequent to the first election of members of the commission pursuant to this chapter, persons to be elected to the commission shall be selected pursuant to nomination and election procedures which are adopted by the commission with the concurrence of the director. (Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 495, Sec. 1. Effective August 10, 1990.)
