§ 77174 Post-Termination Rights Preservation

Key Takeaways

  • •Even if this law ends, past or future problems related to it still matter.
  • •If someone broke this law before, they can still get in trouble.
  • •The people in charge can still fix problems or punish violations.

Example

A company broke pollution rules last year, but the law about pollution just ended.

The company can still get fined because the law ending doesn’t erase past mistakes.
