§ 7603 Permit Suspension For Violations

The permit may be suspended or revoked by the commissioner at any time the permittee does not comply with any of the provisions of this division, or any regulations which are adopted pursuant to this division by the director relative to preventing the dissemination of the seed of any noxious weed pest.
