§ 71082 Rice Research And Marketing

The commission may conduct, and contract with others to conduct, scientific research, including the study, analysis, dissemination, and accumulation of information obtained from research or elsewhere, respecting cultural, production and postharvest practices, and the marketing and distribution of rice. The results of any research conducted by or on behalf of the commission may be used by the commission in any way it deems appropriate. (Added by Stats. 1998, Ch. 567, Sec. 1.
