§ 68143 Marketing Standards Implementation

Any standards or activities adopted pursuant to this article shall be implemented by the secretary at the beginning of the marketing season next succeeding the date on which they were approved by the secretary. (Added by Stats. 2007, Ch. 124, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 2008.)
