§ 6741 Small Plant Sales Exemption

A person is not required to pay any license fee if all of the following facts exist: (a) The person’s sales of plants amount to less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) within any one fiscal year. (b) The person has reported to the commissioner his or her intention to make those sales.
