§ 67111 False Reporting Penalties

It shall be a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six months, by a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars ($5,000), or by both the fine and imprisonment, for any person to do any of the following: (a) Willfully to render or furnish a false report, statement, or record required by the commission. (b) Willfully fail to render or furnish a report, statement, or record required by the commission. (c) Secrete, destroy, or alter records required to be kept under this chapter. (Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 946, Sec. 54. Effective January 1, 2003.)
