§ 64562 Regulatory Enforcement Authority

Upon recommendations by the council the director may establish consistent with this chapter such regulations which cover the administration and enforcement of this chapter as may be necessary to carry out the purposes and attain the objectives of this chapter. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
