§ 63122 Seasonal Price Filing Rules

The director shall adopt a seasonal marketing regulation pursuant to Section 59171 for price filing and posting. The regulation shall not become effective prior to April 1 of any year. (Added by Stats. 1985, Ch. 18, Sec. 1. Effective March 29, 1985.)
